Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days within Lagos. Nationwide delivery takes 5 to 7 business days. Express delivery (1 to 2 days) is available at an additional cost.
Currently we ship nationwide across Nigeria. International shipping is coming soon, contact us directly if you need a product shipped outside Nigeria and we’ll do our best to assist.
We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), and pay on delivery for select locations. All online payments are secured and encrypted.
We offer a 7-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
After your order is confirmed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order on our Track Orders page using your order number and email address.
